Organic products are grown, processed and traded with respect for the health of humans, animals and the environment. Naturelle’s fruit and vegetables are a sustainable choice, from seed right through to consumption. Together with growers, retailers and consumers we work towards a healthy future.

Fairtrade

Since 2005 Naturelle has been helping farmers in developing countries by importing organically grown fair trade fruit. The fair prices paid for the fruit give the growers an opportunity to improve their farming and living conditions. In addition to an organic quality mark these products bear the Dutch Max Havelaar fair trade logo.

Economical use of soil and resources

There’s no room for fertilisers and chemical control agents in organic farming. Soil and water are not disturbed by unnatural agents. Where possible, Naturelle uses biodegradable materials made of polylactic acid (PLA) to package its products. Made of renewable natural resources, these packagings can be composted along with your other fruit and vegetable refuse.

Naturelle works together with The Greenery, a leading international fruit and vegetable company. Together we make efforts to ensure sustainability in such aspects as logistics, distribution and packaging.
